If your package becomes undeliverable or is delivered to the wrong address due to an incomplete or incorrect address you provided, we do not accept responsibility if the package doesn't reach you or is returned to us. In the event that your package is marked as "delivered" but is missing, please contact your local USPS to confirm the delivery location and report theft to local authorities. We do not offer replacements or refunds for "delivered" orders.
Orders that are returned to us by the shipping carrier due to an incomplete or incorrect address or being marked as "undeliverable" will be processed as a return and subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted, and the remainder will be returned to the original payment source. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
